soo i really liked this one.
3x[ 800m medium then 4x up the hill (the only hill we have haha)] and after the last round 1000 strong.
i felt massive pain in my stomach because of those weird sit up yesterday. but apart from that, it was cool
my times: 3.15, 18, 19, 19, 19, 3.17, 19, 19, 19, 19, 3.20,19, 19, 20, 19, aand quite proud of my 1000 (which was actually 910 m with uphills at the end): 3.32
five seconds better than last week.
