The coach took a look at my foot but he found nothing so he told me to do the gym stuff but after the gym my foot started to hurt again. I really dont know what is going on but i really wanna run:(

8x (200full 300 medium) despite my feet are still bad felt waay better then last week. my times on 200s: 39, 42, 40, 40, 40, 39, 40, 38 my times on 300s: 72, 72, 75, 75, 73, 79, 80, 83 (btw the 200 was actually 220m and the 300 was 320 :D
