Started so bad. My left hip hurt so such, I wasnt sure I can run the whole 6kms. But then I was gone. So I could run, not really fast but it will be better.

The training was like running up on the stairs and down, this 3 times, then run a lap on the course. And repeat the whole thing 8 times. Okay I literally died. It was really hard. I couldnt measure it with my watch so I dont know the exact time.

Second running with Reb and Zalan. It was slow but I had periods when I felt like I was dying. We should have done 2 mins fast 4 times. But only did two :/

Today we started the "groundwork" so I had a lot of motivation to run. Cause I haven't really run for two weeks I guess. Last week I went on a 6km run which was around 32 minutes, but except for that, I didn't really run. Actually, it was a two week long resting. I was a good start I think though I'm sure I will have a muscle strain tomorrow :D.

1 hour-long strengthening after the running. It was really tiring. we had 4 exercises 1 for arm (trx) another one for arm (weightlifting), a plank, and sit-ups and all of them for 1 min and repeat it 3 times. Killer one as a start.
