We went to Vértó. It has a hill next to it. We had to run up the hill at max speed then down in slow speed. Do it 3 times. Then at another part of the hill (which was steeper) and run up to it with knee-lifting. Do this 3 times too. And repeat the whole thing 2 times. Then run at a medium-high pace. This round was approx. 900m and at the end we had to run up the hill. (My time was around 3 min something)
