We had a training in Pirtó. The task was to teach the beginners. The course was around 1.5 km. It was a really easy run.

I went to another course with Kriszti. Actually we walked a lot :D. We wanted to come round a house but accidentally we just went into the garden cause it had no fence. Suddenly a dog started running towards us. We slowly went back, after that we started jogging. Btw it was a good course I could fully read the map.

Today we had Sá-Ra, where we ran in a school race 100 ppl ran 100 m. I don't know my time exactly but t was around 14.8

My hips really hurt, so I had 3kms for warm up, after that 5 laps around the course. (2km)

10km easy. First it was really bad but after a while I strated to feel good.

3km for warm up. My legs hurt so much. So I had to run 8 more laps ( 1 lap is 400m) at the straight part in faster pace.
