Training camp day 2. Morning training part 1.
We started with short courses. the first was only 1 km long. I had a mistake even for the first point. It was a depression but I missed it and ran too much over my control. The other controls were better.

Training camp day 2 morning running part 2.
Best running of the day. I found all the controls easily and had a better tempo than on the first course.

Training camp day 2 morning running part 3.
Wasn't really good. I ran with another girl. We had some mistakes. In this short course, we had a 165m climb. My legs died there definitely.

Training camp day 2 afternoon running.
So this course was a 'memory course'. It means you don't have a map but at each control points, there's a map which shows you the way to the next point. First, we thought that it will be easy. Yeah, we thought... Well, it wasn't. Luckily we went in groups so nobody got really lost :D: it was cool actually but my memory is soo bad so we almost forgot everything.

Training camp day 1.
My 'trainer' was Piotrek so we went together on the course of the first day. It was a quite long course 7,5 kilometers long. Quite slowly, the important thing was to do it technically good. I had some mistakes because of the lack of self-confidence and I wasn't listening enough. I had some nice legs though.

Today in the early afternoon we went on a water-trip. It means we were walking in the middle of a dirty stream. It was like 5 kilometers long.
In the evening I had a 6k running. It felt so good and I had a good tempo

City running with the girls. Actually it was not a real ‘running’ mostly walking and jogging. In the afternoon we played méta which is almost the same as baseball. It was like an intermediate training :D

Running in the forest of Ecseg with Vasok. There was a nettle forest there, so our legs were burning like hell after running. It was really good to run in forest finally.
