Today's running was soo hard. I went in the evening but it was still so hot. Dad was cycling in front of me during the whole running which helped me a lot.

Long-running in rain. Probably the best run of the week. After the low impact session, my legs got a new power and this run felt great. By the way running in rain is the best!
