Running 1:05:00 [3] 14.44 km (4:30 / km)

Pre act, 15 minute warm up, active, then 10 km road race in 34 minutes, then 15 minute cool down.
Alright race today. Legs a bit heavy and flat to start, as went loosened up. Cruised for first half, then second half started to press, passed a handful of people. Was calm throughout, not so happy lost some concentration right near finish. Need to work on strong finish.

PreAct, 15min WU, 3 x (5 X 1min hard with 1min easy) with 2min between sets, 15min CD + Hip mobility and push and sit
Solid workout today, was really pushing on the hards, easy’s pretty easy, really focussed on pushing and turnover. Legs pretty toasted at the end, hards were a grind.

PreAct, 15min WU, 20min of 4:15 steady right into 45s surge, 15min CD + Hip mobility and push and sit
Not the greatest workout, pretty slow feeling to start, once got into it was rolling pretty well, got self into good mindset and pushed.

Pretty blah and tired today, just ground and got through.
