PreAct, 15min WU, 10min tempo, Active WU, 3 X (10 X 200m hard (3 - 5km) with 15s rest) with 90s between sets, 15min CD, hip mobility, push and sit and stretch. Today was a grind, legs felt pretty slow to start out, worked into it, just worked through one 200 at a time, last set was really tough, legs starting to shut down on last set. Good push through, good calm conversation. A bit slower than wanted, 36-40 sec.
Pre act, 15min WU, 2 X 3min hard, 2min easy between, 10min tempo, 2min easy, 2 X 3min hard with 2min easy, 15min CD, hip mobility, push and sit and stretching. Pretty good workout today, was really focusing on staying smooth and pushing, good work on getting mentally tougher.
Pre act, lunges, 90 minute run, drills, hip mobility, strength x and stretching. Not the best run today, just generally felt blah, got it done. Felt kind of toasted overall.
