Pre act, 15 minute warm up, 1 minute hard, 1 minute easy, 2 minutes hard, 1 minute easy, 1 minute hard, 3 minutes easy, 12 minute tempo, 3 minutes easy, 1 minute hard, 1 minute easy, 2 minutes hard, 1 minute easy, 1 minute hard, 22 minute cool down, hip mobility and stretching.
The workout was solid today, very good effort, worked through very well, was working pretty hard especially at the end, working to stay smooth, felt good and smooth.

Pre act, 10:30 wu, 5 minute active, then 5 mile progression run in 27:51, 15 minute cool down, hip mobility, push up circle and stretch.
The miles were about 5:58, 5:28, 5:27, 5:14, 5:39. Was grinding early on, very grateful for Colin to help keep going especially later on around mile 3 and on. The last couple were a real grind, the last one we were battling. Quads were screaming from early on. Just needed to keep up with Colin.

Pretty easy run today on some nice trails, was pretty beat up.

Pre act, 16 minute warm up, then 10x (1 minute hard, 2 minutes not as hard), 16 minute cool down, hip mobility, push up circle, core and stretching.
Today was a good grind, was hurting early on, got gapped on the start, then crawled way back to catch Derek, the hard were hard and couldn’t keep up, pushed on the recovery. Mentally got self into. Worked the cool down.

Slick trails in the Badlands, felt a bit tough, legs toasted.

Run with Derek, tough off of start, stretching.
Felt beat up.

Pre act, 90 minute run, hoh drills, hip mobility, strength x, stretching and rolling.
The start was pretty rough, through the middle and towards the end started to feel better, at the end after a “break” pushed hard to get the most out of the altitude.

Running 20:00 [3] 4.44 km (4:30 / km)

20 minute shakeout with Dylan, start was harder, felt better as went.
