45min off day run. My knee just felt right. Made sure to roll it out really well. Hoping it’s on the mend.

90min bike ride. I threw in a few hard miles to make it more difficult. Still working on my knee by stretching and icing a lot.

Went for a 30min run. Felt pretty stiff after yesterday’s bike ride. My knee was also hurting near the end still:/ got back and iced and rolled it out.

Went for an hour decently hard on the bike a few hours after the run. Kept it at a decent effort. Got the quads burning pretty good. Did some more work on the IT band after and some more weights.

First workout back home in 4 months. Did a workout on my street bike. Completed 75min of on and off hard miles. Really got the legs and lungs burning after this one. Stretched and rolled the IT really good once I got back home

90min bike ride on rolling hills around 5000ft elevation. The first half of the bike was mainly uphill making it really hard. The bike I was using was a piece of shit because the chain kept falling off. It took about 15min of fixing the bike to catch up to the boys running. The last half was mostly down hill, but I still made it hard peddling harder.
