Outside was warm like early September, which was good. My shin felt good and everything was fine. It was a normal Saturday run.

There was nothing special about today's running. I ran to Yamashita Park and came back home straight away. Weather was nice, temperature was moderate, perfect outside for running.

Sunday Oct 21, 2018 #

I took a train to Yokohama Station and ran back home. The weather was as good as yesterday. My shin is still a bit dodgy but I think better than last week. I tried to hold my elbows at right angles as I was said last week. I was able to hold them first 30 minutes but after that, I was too tired to hold them right. I hope I will get used to it.
