I took a train to Yokohama Station and ran back home. The weather was as good as yesterday. My shin is still a bit dodgy but I think better than last week. I tried to hold my elbows at right angles as I was said last week. I was able to hold them first 30 minutes but after that, I was too tired to hold them right. I hope I will get used to it.
