Training Log Archive: GraceE

Decided to do Monday's run today as had slightly more free time. Ran through Torrens and then around the back of Torrens in the reserve. Tried not to suck air in too hard given throat still uncomfortable, but it meant I kept running out of breath :/

Throat is very slowly healing, though it was at its most severely painful Sunday through to Tuesday after some of the soft scabby stuff got scraped/swallowed away. I am hopeful that in a few more days it might not be that sore.

In other news, Florence did her first ever wee in a potty today!!!
