Got dropped at the top of Melbourne Ave and ran around and along Red Hill, finishing with a streets section back home. Was a pleasant run.

What Matt wrote: "(My) birthday, so we did a nice long run from London Bridge and explored some of the Googong Foreshores Reserve. Nice bushland - had to paddle through the Queanbeyan River a couple of times, which was pretty nippy. Undulating fire trails mainly - was getting quite tired on the ups by the end."

Felt pretty tired all afternoon (may have been the wine with lunch) so gave running a miss after work and went to the pub instead for wedges, beer and some rounds of pool.

Lunchtime run from work to the top of Mt Ainslie via the Old Tip Track and down the concrete path (same run as two weeks ago). Nice day for it.
