I'm trying to get a bit of routine back into my running, with a weekly tempo run. This was a baby one, 20mins, but my lungs couldn't keep up! It was a shock to the system. I took some new roads through Forrest and across Melbourne Ave for a bit.
Griffith and Red Hill. I do set off with good intentions of running 60+mins but it doesn't often happen. I run for ages and ages and miles and miles and then I get home and it's only been 40mins!
