Running 1:15:00 [3]
shoes: Trail Attacks 12'10

Late evening run from North Nibley. Had some issues with cows in a field which slowed my prgress. Also the nettles punished me severely when I couldn't find a path at one stage. On a positive note, the bluebells and wild garlic looked lovely in the woods!

Orienteering race 32:43 [4] *** 4.5 km (7:16 / km)
30c shoes: Trail Attacks 12'10

BOK Urban race at UWE.
Fun race but brain was a bit slow today. Followed the wrong line out of c7 to c12, oops. Punched it and Matt appeared on the wrong side of the fence to me and the control and swore and then I swore because there was no way I could be in front of him therefore I had to be at the wrong control! At least I didn't accidentally skip out 4 controls like Franklin :P (credit though for re-running the whole course!).
Good fun and got to see a lot of the campus.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Orienteering race 32:47 [4] *** 4.5 km (7:17 / km)
15c shoes: Inov8 oroc 280

JK Relay. Back on the sand dunes, on a 1:7500 this time so a bit easier to read. I didn't understand my c1, got to the edge of the circle but wasted ages trying to understand it. The rest was good. I was on 3rd leg and my team came 10th (Alice on leg 1 and Shona on 2, both having good runs).
No cool-down and not much warm-up - naughty!
