Oh man, I really had to drag this out! Blaise and Shirehampton golf course and all the usual places. Even 6mins up and down the street to bring it up to 90mins. Hopefully.... the last boring long run for a while.

Note

Today at work I said I had to leave (at 6.15) because I had athletics at 7. I was directly asked to miss it and stay back. I tried to say oh yeah sure, but I just couldn't. You can't miss every second training because you will only get half as fit that way. So I got up and left and won't be back in the office for over a week.

Running race (cross-country) 26:02 [5] 4.0 mi (6:31 / mi)
shoes: Asics Trail Attack

Blaise Blazer. Good to run somewhere different for a change.
Good course with three hills. Felt really tired in the legs on the jog down there, but a bit more jogging around and I felt alright. Held a little in reserve up the first hill and passed a couple of females on the following down/flat. They came back at me on the next up but I was faster on the next down/flat (weird). Finished really strongly for 3rd (30secs behind 1&2).

Running warm up/down 30:00 [2]

Jog to the start and back home. Also some jogging around before and after the race.
