Running 1:15:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Trail Attack

With Matt and Piret, somewhere in the White Peaks near Bakewell. We ran up a valley with steep rocky sides until we popped out at the end and then looped back over a hill and across the valley again. Steep climb to the car at the end!

With Piret on Kinder. Up Grindslow Knoll, along the edge of Kinder to the big valley, down Jacobs Ladder and back along the Pennine Way. A really sunny day (!) and a lovely run :)

Parked at Thorner and ran from there with Matt. We ran on various paths across fields and beside some small woods.

Running 39:30 [3]
shoes: Asics Trail Attack - old

Out to Shadders via the other path, a lap (Hobberley Ln), back through Roundhay Park. Wow it didn't rain today!

Note

I think I'm starting to feel a little better. My last three runs have been ok, just tired in a I-could-be-fitter-than-this way and not a oh-my-god-I-might-die way.
That awful sleepiness of the past three weeks has finally left me too. Thank god.

Running 1:06:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Trail Attack

Parked the car near Harewood Estate to start the run. Ran around the estate, through the deer farm, to Bowshaw's trig, then back across the fields and estate to the car.
Some windy rain came about 30 secs into the run lasting for 20mins, so that was annoying but at least I felt a little bit hardcore.

Running (streets) 38:30 [3]
shoes: Runners - old

Nothing too long as it was 8.30pm and I was hungry.
Birchwood Hill, Longwood, Wike Ridge, Wigton Chase, High Ash, Linton, Kingswood Ave.
Quick pace, felt ok!
