shoes: Runners - old

10 x 1min hill reps at Aranda. Didn't feel as strong as last week (didn't feel strong at all). Tired legs.

Running 48:00 [3]

To Aranda (approx. 11'), jog down recoveries, and then a loop through Aranda streets after hills sesh. Had a stitch for the last 10mins.

shoes: New sneakers

Twilight event at Campbell.
I was testing the waters so didn't run too hard. Felt ok and very well-rested! Good course set by RobW on a pretty small area of bush; lots of short sharp legs which I enjoyed as I was concentrating on nav and less on running.
