Running 1:40:00 [3]

Checked out Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve. No great bushwalking tracks, so we took a fire-trail up to Gibraltar Rocks which turned out to be a good run - nice scenery, very steep and great views at the top. Took a fire-trail from there over the back of the ridge.... and eventually found the track that took us to Devil's Gap. From there it was a quick descent into the valley and a nice run past emus and kangaroos to the car. that was enough for me, but Matt carried on a bit further to the visitors centre.

Running (tracks) 1:08:00 [3]

Ran with Matt to Bruce ridge via Gossan Hill. Then we split and I ran near Black Mt and over Aranda and Mt Painter. Saw an echidna on Bruce Ridge(!) and it rained on me for the last 30mins. Felt ok, and it was a bit different running in the morning (11.30am).

Running (streets) 56:00 [3]

Old skool loop plus Aranda Ovals, in the evening with music.

Right knee: Saw doc regarding knee which I smashed on a rock in August 2006. MRI next week.
Left ankle: First noticed it was sore on the 11th Nov, don't know why, I defo didn't roll it or anything. Has been sore every day/run since. Painful for the first 30mins then it goes away.

Running (streets) 40:00 [4]

Left work to go to orienteering but something was wrong with my car..... it would start but then die after 5 seconds and my suspicions were that it had run out of fuel but I couldn't be sure. Anyway, I had to leave it there and run to orienteering instead. I was running late and got there late and was in a boo. The plan was to give Matt the keys and let him sort the car out.

Orienteering race (twilight) 31:18 [3] ***
shoes: Old sneakers

Black Mt. I was tired and didn't really feel like it.

Note: I did get my car working again, two hours and $350 later. But it could have been worse I suppose.....

Running race (Cross-country) 19:54 [5] 5.0 km (3:59 / km)
shoes: Runners - old

ACTCCC, Curtin.
The first half was largely uphill - I ran this pretty well considering I'm shocking at hills. From the top Jo and I ran together, pacing off each other which was good. I felt great at the end and it was the least-painful hard run I'd ever done. Now I just need to work out how to run faster.

Running 46:00 [3]

An evening run with Matt around and over Aranda and back past Mt Painter. I was expecting to get soaked but the rain stopped just as we set out :)
