The Pinnacle and Mt Painter. Shoulders were rather tight, but other than that I felt good.

AROC adventure race with Danielle and Amanda, Lake Ginninderra, Belco. I'm used to racing mixed, so the pace was not quite what I was used to, but we did ok and had fun.

Orienteering race 35:11 [5] 5.4 km (6:31 / km)

Mt Wanniassa.
Wasn't exactly in the mood for running, but once I started it was ok. I even enjoyed it a bit. The aim was to keep up a steady pace and although I started ok I got quite tired at the end. And I didn't hit a couple of controls spot on.

ACT Cross Country Club - Lake Ginninderra.
I felt terrible from the very beginning, my quads had nothin. The lake was taking forever to get around and I thought about pulling out but then I couldn't see how I could put that in attackpoint without looking pathetic, so I kept going.
Note to self: Stick to 5km.
