Tuggeranong Parkrun.
Km splits were the usual profile for me haha: 4.06, 4.09, 4.17, 4.24, 4.06.
Lovely sunny morning for it. Although, 8am is early for me. It's never good when you have to wake your baby up to start the day, and on a weekend too! :)

From Kambah Pool, heading south towards Tuggers. I like running beside the Murrumbidgee, nice scenery, nice bush, animals, nothing too steep. Today it was also wonderfully warm and I saw an echidna.

Lunch-time run with DFAT peeps. It's a standard run around Capital Hill with sprints up the four corners of the hill plus 1.5 laps of a mini oval hard, plus an interval from OPH up to NPH. It used to be called capital punishment but we don't call it that anymore :P This was my second time, I also did it last week.
