First real cold meet... And last MNOC event for the year.

Note to self: You have been exercising on an irregular basis, but, you need to increase the amount and be systematic about it. AP has given you the discipline of regular exercise in the past, it can help you now and in the future. You need to stop whining about aches and pains, it will just get worse the older you get, so suck it up and take your vitamin I. Your fat @ss needs to lose 10 lbs by Jan 15, 2013. You need to pedal that Fat bike 135 miles on January 28-29, so get on your freakin bike. You know you are no athlete, but, some of your friends may think, for an old guy he does pretty well. You know that by putting your data on AP your friends will support you by getting on your back when you slack off. You realize that JB is rolling her eyeballs when she sees you laying on the couch after she comes in from a run. You are hoping that a Lil Sumthin Sumthin hasn't got up and left the neighborhood and is lookin for a new team. You are tired of your bff Brit kicking your butt on every leg of every course at every meet for the last 3 years. So here's to you mcarl, get in the game, shake some tail, get on with it, you are a navigator, now get out of your comfort zone.

Pug ride, house to Ft Snelling to Free Wheel Bike on Greenway. (coffee with R.Chin). Calhoun to Mhaha creek to Mhaha Park, to Ft Snelling to Home.
