very good run in the rain, just small execution errors, no more than 30 sec. I always liked chase starts, like head to head race opportunities, and today I was running next to Tori from 4 to 9 and then behind Ian F. who was too fast for me, to keep up at the end. I think I left ~ 20 sec on 2 and a little slow execution to 4 ~20-30 sec max, 5-6-7 was fine; to 8, I was very careful and lenses were a little foggy, ~ 15 sec to #10, clean after that, but very conservative lines on steep traverses, I would drop and loose elevation, rather than dealing with slippery rocks on steep slopes, Ian was much better at keeping those lines. Thanks to NEOC for two days of great racing, a little physical for 55 y.o., but great fun after all.
