second time around on this map was better, than last year. While I never found first control, and punched one on exactly same feature 75 meters away, it did not bother me at all, because for a lot of this course i navigated quite well. Having former WMOC M45+ champion on a course was extra motivation to run well. still struggling with execution on a long leg on this map - and a biggest time loss to 5 (`4 min). and super sloppy with execution on last 3 controls, I let myself think, I was done with this, before actually finishing. compass work was awful there.

Took NAOC 2016 map, Green Long Course to Forest Park run. It was so humid, my glasses started to fog, last 2 km felt low on energy. Lost 4.5 pounds on this moderate effort run, sweating buckets.

Giants are 0 and 5. I was pissed, how they played last 6 minutes. They looked like Brasil vs Germany after they lost Neimar.
