The Plan and Goal was to be close to 42 min, and first 3 miles I was right on schedule with moderate effort, but mile 4 climb killed my legs, and I did not recuperate all the way to the finish. Mile splits: 6:39, 6:40, 6:42, 7:18, 6:52, 7:10 and 1:32 for the finish 370 m.
