lost ~ 20 sec on #1, 50 sec on #6, 1min #7 (but I do not think it was possible to spike that control from above), 1 min # 8 - stopped short, 40 sec - got stuck in green and blueberry on my way to 13, legs started to work around there - than clean.

very slow course by design I had some minor hesitations in the circle, so did everyone. Low HR not due to the luck of effort but due to the total impossibility of running hard most of the course.
