Leg 3 relay, close to perfect, since I visited 7 out 10 locations day before, during long. I had longer forking ~1 min. Emily did shorter version in 15', Boris in 17'. Gained at least 12 places against very mixed teams.

Blue Course, started well, but stinging nettles around 3 and 4, and later, heat and humidity, combined with FDF made it no so fun anymore, I bailed to ski trails and ran to the finish. Still, got a good workout, quite tired at the end.

ECOC, middle. Plan was to use trails as much as I could. Did so, even when it was sub-optimal, most of the forest was open with some small rock formations under feet. Messed up # 7 badly on a parallel error and sloppy relocation - ~ 3 min, #4 ~30-40 sec just getting into the circle and not reading control description fully in advance. I was a little sloppy in decision making today.

lost 3 min on first one by abandoning the original plan to attack from trail, missed 2 min. missed 1.5 min in rout to 6, misread the trail turn, and, got too creative in the marsh, going to last control, another 1.4 min. Speed and effort were good today.
