I took part in my first ever triathlon relay with Jo and her mate Sue.
I did the swimming 400m / Jo did the bike 18km / Sue ran 5km
Excellent opportunity to see how it worked. Very professional and loads of people. I got very competitive and swam like the clappers.
Now looking at doing a proper event in the spring, just need to sort my knee out first....
