Legs felt very tired and heavy with quite a lot of niggles - not sure why. Head felt alright but nose quite runny afterwards

Felt the beginnings of a cold during the day but decided to go for a run to see if it would clear up. Didn't and legs felt really tired so not much fun. Very annoyed as that's probably me out of the Midlands XC so will be letting the team down but feel like it's best to not push it. Will make sure I'm 100% recovered before training again as I want to get back to full training.

Easy swim - feeling a bit tired but not too bad. Not had great sleep for the past few days but should hopefully improve

Hadn't planned to run there and back but mum was busy so couldn't get a lift. Legs didn't feel great but easy session n tomorrow before Midlands XC champs on Saturday. Worst of the 4 runners in the team so can't have a bad run!
