All fine till 21 (11th at that point) then completely lost it

Long Hilly one with Dad around Colwick woods getting my most climb on a run - 60m more than a Blue course in the Lake District!

Felt decent and got up the hills well without my legs feeling tired - hopefully on to full training now

Session was 3* 8 but decided to only do half the last one which I think was sensible. Felt decent, speed felt like it was there to some extent, paced around 5k pace, and the endurance seemed to be there for the reps but tired on the second one.

Glad I went to the session as my legs felt alright :)

Felt tired all day and didn't feel great after hockey in PE so decided not to run today. No point in pushing myself as there's nothing i need to specifically train for. More importantly need to be able to train specifically when I need to.

Going to try and go to Track tomorrow and see how I feel as I usually find that doing fast stuff with others tends to wake me and my legs up a bit
