Note

Fairly small week running wise with the enforced rest days and a slight cold but feeling better now than I did at the beginning of last week

Okay run, a couple of routechoice errors and a bit of general laziness on route planning and execution. Bit annoyed at getting beat by Jake but not too fussed.

Walked back with my brother so no WD

Felt good even with the fairy high pace. Happy with that I felt pretty dead before hand. Hr quite high bit felt easy

Plan was to do the whole ~12k of it but after the third hill I ran out of energy so called it a day there. Bit disappointing but happy I stopped there as my cold don't feel great
