Calf slightly tight when I woke up but getting better with a bit of stretching

Short run planning routes on the JHI area maps I did trying to work out where it started/finished

Calf felt a bit tight and could feel it slightly throughout but no discomfort. Some tentative strides felt alright

Easy run, back on the winter loops :-(

ITB felt fine - didn't feel it at all - and felt quite good on the strides
