Good run with only one notable mistake rushing out of a control after the spectator control meaning I lost a minute but still won

Pretty annoyed with one bug mistake and a couple of poor route choices going straight rather then round. Glad I already had a championship standard

Feeling absolutely knacked when I woke up and ended up having to take a day off school I was feeling so rubbish which was annoying.

Annoyed to miss the 1500 schools champs, which was won in 5:01 meaning I would have been pushing for first

Started wanting to go comfortable, not pushing
First few went okay but then started to feel tired despite going easier
Ended up going at snails pace for a few before dropping out completely

A simple case of overtraining I think, annoyingly
