Newborough forest permanent orienteering course - Tried to take it fast whilst maintaining control, focusing on simplifying the complex sections. All went pretty well, except #6 where I didn't really have an attack point and just vaguely wondered in, which worked out as you'd expect doing that...

Tryfan -> Glyder Fach -> Lap of Llyn Idwal. We were going to do Glyder Fawr and Y Garn too but the storm was horrendous, 60mph winds wipping hailstones into us whilst in the mist meant we had to bail off the top. Still good fun though.

Intervals - just jogged at the back with Chloe. Foot feeling a bit weird after yesterday, felt like someone smacked the top of it with a hammer... Think I must have strained something working against the wind.

Round Curbar and Longshaw with the RED January crew as a celebratory run. Was insanely windy, having to lean into it to stay upright but was a beautiful day regardless.
