Todds course at oak hill, what a torturefest! Best part, calf is fine . Blew up map on copier so I could see it, but messed up judgement on scale. Navigation was fair to ok

at millstream/royalview. muddy. felt exhausted at start walked jogged repeated, felt like sitting down and taking a nap. after 22 min that wore off and away we went.

from seneca, sunset ride, S , down into valley on columbia, N on riverview, then pkwy home

from seneca, to brecksville, N into valley, up stone mtn rd into garfield back down, back up through bedford reservation, then over to bike path, S to boston mills, road was gone, so turned back ,went to Hines hill, got super hungry so bonk worries started, plus craving the small bag of potato chips in van, back into valley, up boston mills mtn rd, to black/brush/furnace run, and back to seneca and ate chips!
