shoes: HOKA mufasa 12.5

mohican mtn bike trails from tower, at mile marker 16, walked first mile about 16 min or so, than ran to marker 8, was averaging about 11 min/mile, each mile walked about 15 sec, hitting water, walked the steeper downhills, and the steep ups, last 3+ was grueling, from covered bridge up to tower. felt surprising good though throughout. plus 10 min for jog/walk back to car from marker 16.
