on trail parallel to nuthouse hill. sort of sick and tired of just mope-ing along runs, so bopped up the trail to rails-to-trails, stopped at the waterfall cauldron, and saw an owl so watched it for 30 sec. or so, turned around and went back to the evil nuthouse interval wall and did 5 x up. went 1:04, 1:03, 1:02, 1:03, 1:00 have to walk down because its so steep and that takes a bit over 2 min. then staggered back on trail. glad to do it, forgot all the compression gear, but felt good, even though it was torture.
