cycling (road) 2:32:00 [3]
slept:7.0

temp low 30's, from station rd, S and E to outskirts of kent into an unrelenting, demoralizing headwind, on the open fields along ravenna rd/seasons rd just E of hudson it was especially dreadful, it really began to piss me off, but it was sure sweet when turned and headed home. First close call of the year; lady backing out of driveway came less than 3 ft of backing over me, ugh. Felt very good, but intentionally stayed on the small chainring and spun away, still rode a bit too hard
42 miles, avgMPH 16.5

running (trail) 2:02:00 [3]
shoes: HOKA mufasa 13.0

immediately after riding, had warmed up to the upper 30's. just plodded along, took 18min. to get into a decent pace. up to meadows, back down to bottom, up to keeler, S and W across golf course to top of hill, back down buckeye trail. ran nearly all of it, walked the steeper downhills, few bits of walking less than a min.
ache and pain report: left kneecap wasnt good, top of right foot was ok until near finish on backside of my mountain, it was sort of dark, rolled right ankle and went down, which i rarely do, then top of foot hurt bad, but ankle ok.
time to rest a bit
