running (trail) 3:10:00 [3]
slept:6.0 shoes: HOKA stenson
brecksville, top of hill at pkwy/rt 21, temp 26 at start. felt really tired prior to starting, but it didn't affect run....i think. all the way down thru woods to bottom thru ottowa point, picked up buckeye trail to closed rd then back up hill then back down in woods and S on buckeye trail to snowville (+/- 1:10) E on footpath to cuyahoga river then N on towpath, did the carriage loop, all 3 bridges still condemend and locked so crawled/slid/clawed down/up 2 of 3, last one has a detour path. started to get cold on the loop checked phone in pack and i was at 2 hrs, like last week. N on towpath to station rd, then up "my mountain", back down, then W up trail on n side of rd up by oak grove, then back down bridle path and then W up another bridle path and resume past golf course and W up hill on buckeye trail to van.
walked the steeper downhills, grunted everything else. some other random walking <1min.
felt better than last wks long run, but wasn't in sync w/ ground, snow made footing dicey, in woods kept kicking sticks/slipping, etc, somedays it seems like you fly over all that, today wasn't.
other notable saw 2 people, each walking a giant black poodle, their heads (the dogs) had giant afro dooos, like almost size of basketball very weird looking and basically stupid, this giant puffball of hair or fur whatever it is.
