from jaite, E along vaughn rd, w/ ridiculous amount of traffic both ways, non stop cars, 8 deep at the stopsign, i guess its the ski areas?. beside bridle path/buckeye trail, 1/2 was in woods.
slogging along in snow much better than icy trails, just an easy grunt pace.
combination platter of snow, then ice w/ some rain.
it got really hard to see the logs and crap under the snow running in woods the last 20 min or so. its cool being deep in the woods at dark, its totally silent but i did think about what the odds are to get attacked by coyotes if i got injured and had to crawl out of the woods.
felt better today than the previous couple, only one shot of pain in rt ft, left kneecap was ok.

brecksville from lot S of meadows, along closed rd, which is horrible, tried bridle trails equally bad, some buckeye trail which is worse, very rutted/pitted icy, a real ankle buster. its best to run in snow/woods
was pondering how great the skiing could be, then i saw some dude trying to skate on the bridle path in the ruts, hoof bombs, frozen footprints and realize that i have zero interest in skiing because of the frustration and agony of it all.
was getting sharp shooting pain in the top of rt foot as it curves into leg and pain right under my left knee cap. the foot thing almost makes me buckle and fall over.
