virginia kendal w/ rjm, todd. randy's preprinted course, we'd all run several legs in succesion so it was good head to head racing. felt a bit blah/sluggish/winded hopefully from drive back home yesterday. really goofed up 2nd control, then everything else was ok.

Really super slow run with a bunch of fast walking in Spring Hill TN. Temp 45f w/ light ran. Felt sore but calves were fine not the usual tightness.

sunny 46F, from seneca gc, E into brecksville and around loop, S on riverview, E up vaughn/brandywine, S on bikepath to boston mills back into valley and W up boston mills mtn rd, then black/brush/highland/pkwy. legs really fatigued at start, started to feel better in mid/later part of ride. avgMPH 17.4, miles; 27.3
