immediately aftr running E up brandywine mtn rd, then bike trail S to barlow (to intentionally ride slow) then W thru virginia kendall, and N on riverview. after the climb, got hungry had a rice crispy treat then rationed water to peninsula, was starting to bonk and hallucinate about food. i wanted salt so went to wendys and got fries and chicken nuggets, both were gross but chugging a large lemonade was goot, 5min after getting home couldn't stay awake so i took a 45min nap. lost 6.5 lbs during workout so i'm pigging out tonight. avgMPH 18.0 miles were 18 plus.
