running (trail) 1:04:00 [3]
slept:4.5 shoes: HOKA stenson

from terry lumber ; up/down around on the buckeye and bridle trails. felt awful for 45 min, then ok, ran a notch above super slow, so that nothing would pull-tighten-tweek-cramp-ding-pop-burn-twist. tip of left index finger was throbbing, it got ruined this week, saturday left side got caught on door strike plate ripped skin off and slammed shut, on tuesday, right side was blasted w/ flooring mallet its numb, still bleeds, ugh.......at least im right handed and my knees are fine!

cycling (road) 1:40:00 [3]

right after running. took off N on riverview into the steady N wind- loop of brecksville, W on pkwy to the barr/highland/algiers/broadview then S on Southern E on ledge/everett and back up into peninsula. avgMPH was 17.6

from pkwy/ridge. state/river/606, lap around hinckely, up sledding hill, E on bellus, N on southern/broadview W on pkwy. 18.2 miles avgMPH 17.7, maxMPH 39.7 tons of traffic on broadview plus an absolutely howling wind out of NNW made that stretch rather annoying.
