cycling (mtn bike) 4:10:00 [3]

mohican state park 24.5 mile mtn bike trail w/ Jay. great day upper 50's, we really stink at this (techinical crap both up and downhill) cannot seem to make the steep up/sharp right hand turns. because +/- 20 riders rolled by at various times all seemed to be flying. Jay crashed 2x, one really nasty over the bars, i was behind so saw the whole thing, ugh.

rowing (concept II rowboat) 16:00 [3]

3500m to meet daily requirement of online challenge to row 100,000m by dec25th. after riding, easy pace didn't feel as bad as i thought i would.

orienteering (practice) 2:25:00 [3]

in virginia kendall. 46 control spots. tried to do a bunch around the perimeter of the park in less traveled areas. felt flat, no pop, just like same speed the entire time, couple errors of misreading map, couple bad route choices after reviewing run. saw a coyote, came over a small rise, it took off running slowly, then i turned toward it and it accelerated and was gone, amazing how fast it went and disappeared.
