+/- 92F, from boston mills/olde 8, olde8 S to Quick NE back to akrn/penn rd S then W on bath/yellow creek/revere/bath section W to hametown N to everett E back into valley and over to riverview, felt guilty riding past oak hill mtn rd though, N to boston mills and up climb to parking lot, felt dreadful in the heat, weak, no snap. avgMPH 18.9 forget what miles were. maxMPH was 39.7

after riding, S on rails to trails and back, maybe 2k, really bad side cramps.

10 mile time trial on my hilly route, always thought NNW wind would be best, was lousy up the hill into the wind. time 27:23 avgMPH 21.8, maxMPH 39.0

on bridle trail, start at ridge rd ran east 14 min, walk 30 sec ran back down the hill and up. calf ok, forgot to compression wrap, was sore from weights.

nearly all leg stuff including calf exercises, attempting to strengthen calf to hopefully eliminate the ongoing problems.
