some woods, hilly, 3 times up to the stairs to nowhere, legs felt like rubber. whole run was a good solid effort. time eat ice cream and watch the stupid bowl.
to nasa ridge, down this knife like path with streams on both sides 90 ft. below, one section is not more than 2 ft. wide, on broken shale. dead ends looking at nasa research center. awesome.
