felt good. 18 controls solo training. no heart rate.

lots of running, team was short-handed so i ran around more.

stairs to nowhere in Cuy.Vlly.Ntl.Prk. set of stairs on trail that goes up a nasty climb, 6 sets.

running (trail) 58:00 [4]

30 min. to stair section, then return. 6 big climbs, legs quite sore. avgHR 147 for entire workout.

sailing along and the boat broke. over 4000m, pace was about 1:53/500m avgHR 143.

leg stuff, situps, bench press.

easy, flat run enjoyed the perfect weather.

in brecksville, very hilly, 19 controls avgHR 147, maxHR 171. legs still sore.
