training with stanislav, 2 short courses, racing head-to-head to each control intensity level 5. then additional running.

solo training in Brecksville, hilly, 40 controls, lots of climbing, tried to push pace on hills, kindof muddy/slippery. felt good.

didn't suffer like i thought would happen. intensity 5, windy,cold (30deg.)ran approx 45 min. warmup a mod.pace
