On bike path at rocky river nature center, north to the lake and back, plus extra going south. Rode hard for just over an hour, but then shut it down and relaxed the pace

Worked partial day in mansfield so bopped over to mohican. Times I felt really good, others rather blah, ran up the stairs on the pleasant hill lake dam and that did me in, fast walked a mile to covered bridge and jumped on mtn bike trail and went up f-u hill. Was some what windy at start but later it was calm and just stifling, after yesterday and today, tired of drinking hot water. My van had temp at 87

Took half day vacation because it looks like last hot day. Sort of rode everywhere. Mostly slowish pace, felt good, especially the last 1.5 hrs. Timed finish perfect, stopped for 10 minutes to watch a great sunset, then boped along last 10 minutes
